Shipping Policy

Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days of ordering. However, during Market weeks or high volume holiday shipping, there might be a slight delay. For current shipping time estimation or to request expedited shipping, please contact amanda@shophotline.com.

We currently ship to the US and to Canada. 

Rates loaded at checkout are based on the weight and size of the order. 

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive a tracking number, check your order in your "Account Details" page. If you still cannot locate a tracking number, please contact us.

 

Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include your order number, a picture of the damage, and your name and email on your account. Send to amanda@shophotline.com.
